What to include in a bug report

  • The tool name and the page address, for example /tools/pdf-compressor.
  • Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on a Mac.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, including any message the tool showed.
  • The file type and approximate size. Do not attach confidential documents; a description is enough to start.

Suggesting a tool

Say what the input is, what the output should be, and why existing tools do not cover it. Tools that can run entirely in a browser, without sending the file to a server, are the ones that fit this site.

The privacy page explains what the site does and does not collect. If something there is unclear, ask by email and the page will be updated if the answer belongs there.
